BoardTrack Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using BoardTrack, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Application

BoardTrack is an offline-first companion for managing board games, players, teams, scores, match history, and statistics.

3. License

GoPve grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use BoardTrack on your devices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or attempt to reverse-engineer the application except where applicable law permits it.

4. User Data

You remain responsible for the data and images you enter, select, create, export, or share through BoardTrack. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for that content.

5. Backups

BoardTrack stores its core data locally. You are responsible for keeping appropriate backups and protecting exported files. Removing the app or losing the device may result in data loss if no backup is available.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BoardTrack unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others.

7. Disclaimer

BoardTrack is provided “as is.” GoPve does not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every scoring system or competition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoPve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, incorrect scores, interrupted games, or loss of locally stored data.

9. Changes

GoPve may update these Terms. The latest version is always published on this page.
